Job Description
Samsung SDS America is proud to establish our new headquarters in the Dallas area. As a global leader in enterprise cloud, IT, and digital services, we are strategically positioning our operations at the heart of one of the country's most dynamic technology hubs to accelerate our next phase of growth.
At the core of our digital innovation is a fundamental belief: our people are our most critical asset. Remaining on the cutting edge of technology requires more than advanced computing infrastructure; it requires elite IT professionals and cloud architects who are supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work.
To build and sustain this caliber of talent, we are expanding our People Team organization.
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Benefits Coordinator to become one of the People team members supporting our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to join our organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building processes, supporting employee issues, and creating an exceptional employee experience. You'll serve as the local HR presence at our Plano office, partnering closely with the existing Human Resource Team members.
Why Join Us
Joining our People Team means more than supporting employees—you'll help build the foundation of our new headquarters and influence the employee experience during one of the most exciting chapters in our company's growth.
This is an opportunity to join a global technology company at an important moment of growth — and to help build the people organization behind it.
