ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Erway Agency is looking for a motivated and dependable
Intern to join our Larned team.
This internship is designed for a college student who wants hands-on experience in
business, insurance, sales, marketing, and customer service . You’ll work alongside our team, learn how a successful insurance agency operates, and have the opportunity to contribute to real business goals.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you’re organized, comfortable talking with people, and interested in gaining practical business experience, this could be a great opportunity to start building your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the team with day-to-day agency operations and business goals.

- Support agency sales and marketing initiatives.
- Help with community outreach, marketing, and agency projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
- Interest in business, insurance, financial services, sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable with good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with customers and team members.
