Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to one of our hub locations in Chicago or Detroit (Troy) for a hybrid work schedule.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and manage project scopeDevelop and manage project schedulesDevelop and manage estimatesManage budgets and billingSkillsets Required:Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field1-3 years of marketing or advertising experience, agency experience preferredInterest in the Project Management disciplineStrong background in digital media including custom website page development, native advertising, digital display ads, search, email, and social mediaProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressureDetail orientation and ability to ensure that projects are developed in line with client's brand style and guidelinesProactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibilityDependability in execution of work and as member of assigned teamEnthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challengesDesire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics; digital knowledge (banner ads, etc.) is a plusEffective interpersonal skills working well across functionsConscientious work ethicAdditional information:The Power of One starts with our people!
