Job Description

Salary: $76,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven expertise in advanced Smartsheet management, including template creation and workflow automation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, able to construct integrated formulas and conduct rapid analyses
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create compelling executive decks
• Experience with SharePoint and Confluence for project administration and automation workflows
• Background in complex global organizations with a focus on internal audit processes
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence

• Manage a complex Smartsheet environment to sustain operational efficiency and automation
• Conduct rapid analyses and provide insights for business reviews and leadership visibility
• Create visually compelling presentations that effectively convey complex data
• Administer project-level functionalities in SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring quick changes and automation
• Serve as the central contact for action item tracking within the global internal audit teams
• Maintain a centralized repository for knowledge management ensuring accessibility and standards
• Oversee the collection and prioritization of technical backlog requests, acting as a liaison between business needs and technical requirements
• Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting materials for Leadership engagements
• Build robust relationships with stakeholders, supporting training initiatives and team cohesion
